Violence was not the proper response to this situation. The only thing the kid proved through violence was his own weakness.

His Evo was ugly. At least the paint gave it some character.

Yeah, pretty stupid decisions all around.

I wouldn't say I'm for violence, but if everyone who damaged, stole, etc, the property of others got a good ***-whoppin for it, I'd be interested to see what happened to the crime rate.

How about the vet gets arrested for vandalism and pays the damages and then the other guy ends up being the one going to jail for assaulting the vet AND documenting his assault to make sure he gets busted. This is quite a bucket of idiocy here, although I award special accolades to the other guy dry humping his friend's car like its his own property, lol.

He coulda just video'd the guy spray painting his car... then stopped the video, restrained the vet, had his friend hold him down, then proceed to FINISH spray painting most of the paint on his EVO and then gotten a whole new paint job on the vet's dime for free! :tup:

Apparently, the Evo owner caught the dude in the act. That sort of makes me wonder -- why didn't he just record the dude painting his car? He would have had a ton of evidence, and would've looked a LOT better.

I mean, I get being super pissed because someone vandalized your car and all, but the way he acted was incredibly immature. Kid also appears to be a hypocrite, as he makes a big deal out of the racism/bigotry... and then proceeds to call the dude a fag? Uh, what? Someone needs anger management.

A lady won a couple hundred grand from mcdonalds for spilling hot coffee on herself which was her own fault. im pretty sure this kid can get the same from this dude.

While I know what you're talking about, that would be just as petty as anything else. If I was that kid, I would have recorded dude vandalizing my car, then keep him there while waiting for police. All he should receive is a free repaint from the vet and any incurred fees (i.e. a rental while his car is in the shop).

Also after watching that video, those two kids are serious freaking idiots. Lets see, he vandalized a car. They beat him down, tell him he's lucky they didn't kill him/ leave him for dead (I would think that counts as some sort of death threat). Wonder what the police thought of this video?

Hell if the guy was dumb enough to park right next to the car all they had to do was record him in the act, get video of him climbing in the car and then gone to the police with it.

It is pretty sad to see people (all involved) act like that.
