My clan just branched over to Forza I have to pick it up. Never played it much though.

Honestly, IMO its the best game I have played... and the ONLY reason I even have a 360. lol

I stopped playing because of Turn10's horrible customer service. Will never buy another Forza game.

Luckily, I have not have had to deal with them but I have heard some pretty bad stories..

Yep. You're supposed to contact them when online interactions turn shady or sour. And I highly recommend writing them an email if you want to be ignored for months on end.
