im pretty sure the insurance would be cheaper on the isf then the m3 just because its a 4 door.

true. the benz and the bimmer improved greatly on the looks of the car. much more sleeker and sexier. i still remeber when their cars were a box. i thought it was the ugliest car ever.

My Z is only 30 bucks a month more than my wifes 4 door G8-GT. The Z was only 8 bucks a month less than a vette of the same year when i was looking.

You never know about insurance till you check. I found out it was $6 less per month to insure a GT-R than my Z |

Yeah. I think it's because there are much less claims filed for GT-R's than there are for Z's, so it's a lower risk for the insurance company to insure the GT-R. While each individual claim for a GT-R may be more expensive, GT-R owners are much less likely to file one in the first place. It definitely confused me at first too

The trim does matter but i couldn't say how much. Before i pull the trigger on any car i get a quote from my insurance company.

I asked my insurance lady what car if any that they would not insure and she said the 300zx. Because of crash tests, claims filed, etc..

I would go with the G37 personally. IS350 is nice, but not super sporty and the back seats suck balls, NO adult can really fit back there. Every German car I've ever owned, or my parents owned (going back to the 80's now lol) was a reliablility nightmare and I would not own another one ever, only lease so I could dump the POS before it was out of warrantee.
