I already told them two weeks ago I didn't want to do that and they said well finalize everything once we get an actual SHIP date of the car.

"Clint,
There is still no vin # assigned to this car all I have is a von # and based off my experience with Subaru we will not get a vin # until 3 weeks before we get delivery of the car so that could take 2 months from now. Please be patient and we will keep you informed as the time goes your von # is still valid at and as far as details on the clear bra and tint we will work the details when we get closer to the car arrival. Respectfully,"

I said this to GM
Hey Art, I know you're busy but I wanted to express myself. As a father, I hope you can relate to me. My father isn't helping me with this, as he has helped me in the past, he feels obligated too, but I don't want/need his help. I want to show him the young man I am in retrospect and how I handled everything on my own. As we discussed you have kids and you can hopefully see where I'm coming from. I trust you and your respectfulness throughout this whole process. Austin and I spoke today and I felt it could of been handled in a better way. I understand that that originally, I had ordered a WRX, but decided that, if i was going to spend 6 years paying for something, it ought to be something I really wanted, which in terms lead me to my 2012 limited STI. I asked to have the order for the WRX cancelled and I then placed a new order on the 2012 STi Limited. After this, I felt that you guys were annoyed with me as a customer. I asked my SOA representative if this causes delays in your system, she stated to me that this should not effect you. But this is what I'd rather do. During the order process we agreed to a great price, including window tint and clear bra. However, as I've mentioned, I found another location to apply the clear bra, tint, and buff the car all in one sitting for ALOT cheaper. I contacted my salesman, to ask if would be possible to not clear bra/Tint the car, and instead install the SPT exhaust, since the difference of the clear bra/tint would match my USAA price of the SPT exhaust around 800$. I was told "Clint we will not be doing anything until the car arrives. Please stop trying to change the deal as it progresses. We will take care of any questions or concerns you have WHEN the vehicle arrives. Until then please let us do our jobs." I understand I cancelled my WRX wagon order after two weeks, but I am now ordering a more expensive vehicle. I am wary how I've been treated and hope that my vehicle will arrive safely, my thoughts and thoughts expressed by the SOA rep, was since the car is not here, and not midway through the install proccess I didn't see this being an issue. If not, then we will cancel the tint/clear bra and the price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Sincerely and respectfully, Clint
