International Shipping Claims is a PAIN IN THE ASSSS!!!
I had to deal with UPS International Claims and they declined it :shakes head: I opened up another claim in the US side of UPS and they finally approved it and sent me a check but it took nothing short of 4 months to resolve.. So, good luck with everything, bro
Oh, I was also told that the person responsible for filing a claim is the sender... :/

I figured this much. They just dont want to accept any responsibility... and try and do things to "fix" the problem, but then moan and gripe about it.. Thank you Nina :)

Not sure if FedEx would have a different policy for filing claims but that's the BS I had to deal with when UPS completely destroyed my rare F1 McLaren diecast :mad:
