That must suck I always think I just wished there were a few more hours a day to sleep. Then I realize I'll probably work those too

I just bought my first house last year! You got to make sure you have some cash saved up when it's time to sign.

I do. I'm just looking for one now. Luckily I live in the part of the country where nice houses are very affordable.

Right. We were fortunate enough to buy a brand new home, but I'm still busy on the weekends with projects and what not's. I don't mind though. I kinda like running around in my wife beater beating on things with my hammer.
