Went to shoprite today after the gym and I bought this EAS 100 Percent Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate
Can anyone tell me if this is any good? It gives 23g of protein, which is little from my knowledge b/c my last protein shake from whole foods was 40g of protein. Does it really matter? I got my eas whey protein for $20.99. Let me know guys!

Is anyone familiar with the Fat Burning properties of Acai berries? Or is this just media hype?

I was a personal trainer for 4 years. From my experience all you really need is a 100% whey protein, amino acids, multivitamin, creatine and tons of food and water. Along with hard training you'll see results. I'm 6' 260lbs. Used to be 160 lol... Easy formula for muscle
