Bobo, does it have an xbox guide button. If so, you don't event need to remove the batteries. Just hold the button until the menu to "turn off console: turn

Bobo, does it have an xbox guide button. If so, you don't event need to remove the batteries. Just hold the button until the menu to "turn off console: turn off controller" option comes up. The game works fine when switching controllers
