What happened to A hole that hit you? Did you file a civil damage suit? I also agree this kind of humor(?) is not for this site.

Nothing happened other than he received his 4th DUI. I did hire an attorney and a private investigator who both determined he had no assets. I walked away from the situation with nothing gained and much lost.

I think that 4r3s was thinking it could be generalized, but, as I said, it would be a stretch

If I was drinking and couldn't drive my car home, I would just have it towed home. Free roadside for first 36K miles. Not to mention a free ride home.
