Ah the old 350Z

So I love my new altima. But something is still missing. I know I am not going to get a 370z. However I was watching an older episode of top gear where they were testing 3 convertible sports cars, which one was the z.

I talked to my insurance and they said with the two car discount and min coverage and only used during the nice seasons, it would only go up 20-30 bucks a month!

Now I am not looking to get one like ASAP but what would be the best time to look for one? Winter? How low does a good one with manual go for? It does not have to be a convertible.

Just a thought. Discuss

Winter is the best time. I got mine in the middle of Feb. I only paid 30k (29,9xx) OTD. This was 2011 brand new with 9 miles on her.

As far as pricing goes you can get a relatively newer model with less than 100k in the 20k-25k,for 25k-28k you can get 2007 and 08 models. If however you are looking maybe lower than 20k maybe something like this would be a possibility. Found this one near you and its a convertible.

Looking even lower like a 09 for like 10k maybe less. Something I can pay off almost as soon as I pick it up.

Yah, Well its decent only thing is a lil high on miles, but then again its a Nissan so it will last, and hey look the dealer thats selling it is in NJ also

I bought my 09 370Z 7AT Touring certified used w/15k miles OTD for $28k. You could probably pick up a manual 09 370Z in the low $20k range this winter assuming that the supply shortages are somewhat relieved. I did see some in that price range when I was shopping this past December-January. I was looking at automatics though so I didn't pay much attention to it.

When I was looking at 350Z's a month before that, I was looking at 07 Automatics. They averaged around $16-18k for one with less than 30k miles. Manuals were a little cheaper. In the winter, especially when there is snow outside, dealers are more willing to get rid of these cars quickly. I bought my car during a snowstorm and they dropped the price by $2k 2 days before I bought it because they heard it was going to snow.

A used car is usually cheaper during divorce season. It comes many times a year.

You mean 2003 to 2008....get the coupe not the roadster.

Late model one has the better engine.

You can pick them up pretty inexpensively now.

See if you can get a hold of the Black Book -- it will give you the actual value of the car, which is inflated in every other book.
