I know there is rule about posting any comments about street racing.
And i totally agree. I don't condone it in any form at all.............

But every once in a while when i am by myself and i know the conditions are very safe i can't resist myself i gotta slap her in the butt just a little.

i don't mean driving at a 140 on a open road just kinda pushing the car somewhat. doing a quick 0-60 or maybe redlining thru 3rd 4th and 5th gear.

there is no track where i live so this is kinda of my only chance to enjoy my car.

sorry to ramble on. hope my comments made sense...........

I've got a road here where there is a trafficlight and a 55 MPH limit. When I'm first at the red I do a good 0-60 run.

Maryland has many twisty and scenic roads. One of my favorite hobbies in life is to take Chiana on long road trips (3-8 hrs usually) and cruise those roads. Sometimes I can give her a little speed, but sometimes conditions dictate that I take my time. Either way, I have fun just being out in the Z.

I go really fast when I have to pee.

Oh god yes! 25mph yellow signs somehow mean 55mph... I mean, on a closed course with a professional driver, naturally.

I don't think there was a question, more of just rambling on about open roads and going the speed limit.

Anyway there's a nice section of clear flat road with nothing but sod farm for miles. I do tend to go faster then the DOT would advise. But I think we all do have a heavy foot from time to time when conditions permit.

There's a good stretch of I-85 with a 70 mph speed limit. That's always fun to merge onto.

I do the same, but it's to prevent a mud slide. :excited:
