Share your fine dining exprrience (Cali)

My parents's 20th anniversary is coming up in a month and i am planning to surprise them and take them out and have one of the best meal in their entire life.

Anyone have any suggestions for good restaurants? Probably a steak house or sea food place.

any help is greatly appreciated!
