Oh man, I have one of "those" instructors. I got my first paper back from a new class. I saw it was a 90%, which is a little low for me. I thought, "wow, i must have made a couple big eff-ups in there." I made one fuckin APA error and I got knocked down 10%. I'm in my last 6 months of college, and I've never had an instructor that anal.

I use crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, ground black pepper, mustard flour, chili powder, clover honey, dark molasses, brown sugar, Kosher salt, white and yellow onions, 10 cloves of garlic, olive oiul, and some Jacobs creek Shiraz/cabernet, and a few other extras. Edit: Also I use apple cider vinegar. Last edited by BanningZ; 06-15-2009 at 11:10 PM. |

But the best part is I boil the Pork spareribs in it for an hour and a half before I throw them on the barbecue on low for 45 minutes.
The whole process takes about four hours. I have a giant stainless stock pot I use from a U.S.N. kitchen <<<Fcuking awesome piece of cookware. |
