Well now it started, bogged out and turned off. Wont start now. It tries to turn over but wont. When it finally ALMOST turns over a could of smoke puffs out of the back of the engine bay. Smells like fuel, so I believe I have a fuel issue. I will know more tomorrow morning when I go back out there.

Need to check my plugs too. Its been really cold out here and they havent been changed yet. That COULD be part of the issue.

Didnt really want to spend much time on it tonight.
