Get back to:
Gross and Incremental Approach * Two equivalent approaches for evaluating decision option o Incremental or differential approach: Using one option as benchmark, add incremental costs and benefits to determine incremental value o Totals or Gross approach: Add costs and benefits for every option to determine total value. Edit: Slide 6 for those who do not know.

You would be wrong, the answer is:
Example: A) Large - 50 hours = 450,000 Medium - 50 hours = 750,000 Small - 25 hours = 375,000 Total - 125 hours = 1,575,000 B) Small - 50 hours = 750,000 Medium - 50 hours = 750,000 Large - 25 hours = 225,000 Total - 125 hours = 1,725,000 Revenue per hour: Large = 9,000 dollars per hour Medium = 15,000 dollars per hour Small = 15,000 dollars per hour

I short hand much of my note taking, if I was doing it 100% accurate I would be doing it in excel and use proper tables. But I do not so I I use "-" and "=" to do breaks and represent things.
