My house lost about 1/3 of its value. Luckily its paid off, so I'm not losing right now. Just have to sit on it until the markets come back, in the mean time I just remodel/upgrade since building supplies are cheap right now.

My daughter and her husband sold their house before the **** hit the fan! They bought the house for 325k, they sold it for 600k. The house was built in 1920!
