well all I know is Evo 9 can but brought over from the USA to Canada now since the Bumper law is gone or sumthing.

LOL my father was telling me that if you are in the navy and stationed in Japan you are allowed to ship a car from there to the states via the air craft carrier. That would be sweet to get an original skyline.
