i just got home, we meet every year on this date since 2005 out at my cousin's gravesite, he was 20 about to turn 21 and died in a suv roll over accident. So we meet up and shoot the breeze about the good times we had with him

UPS fails to deliver a package to my aunt. She looks up the tracking information.....says on the page: Unable to deliver. Could not locate address. Ok....so she calls them this morning and tells her that the driver obviously didn't want to deliver the package or simply wanted to go home Friday because shes lived in this house since 1964 and this isn't some Harry Potter house that magically disappeared from the road.

She gets told that they (UPS) has sent a postcard to the house and until she replies to the postcard and confirms the address, she won't be getting her package. So, let me get this straight......the driver says the address doesn't exist, HOWEVER, UPS is going to send a postcard to said address to verify it does exist? Am I totally missing something here or does that not sound like the stupidest thing in the world?

"Hi, our driver said your address and house doesn't exist....BUT we're gonna send a postcard just to verify. Thank you."

This would make for a great MadTV or Saturday Night Live sketch......

That is quite *** backwards... maybe UPS is figuring that the USPS guys are smarter at finding houses...

Eh, didn't really do anything but doing nothing has been nice. Haven't really gotten to in a while so it was welcomed. Got to find something to do tomorrow though.

Oh she was put all the way up to a manager....who gave her the exact same excuse. She said my package better be delivered on Monday. He said, "Well, I cant promise you that. The local UPS store will have to decide that."

She said, "No, I don't think you heard me....my package WILL be delivered on Monday."

*SILENCE FOR TWO MINUTES*

She says: "So, am I waiting for YOU or are you waiting for ME to say something else?"

He said: "Oh, I thought you'd hung up."

again!
