Nice, I see your work sometimes.
I don't really post there though. Whats the business with Ester oil? Won't the Z guys have similar problems since its the same engine? ( I can't keep up with all the billion debates about ester vs non ester etc etc) |

^^^^ I am thinking so although I have not had the knocking issues on my 08 or 09 G. Will be interesting to see if it turns up here.

I think if you don't get the knocking and you don't track your car. that will be more then good. I have a Maxima that I drive hard all the time I change out the oil every 5000km with cheep old hi milaege prestone. And I got over 250000km on the car with no engine issues.People that are not tracking their car on a regular bases I think put too much time and effort into oils.

Is this where I can rant?
I dont have a 350z or a 370z I plan to get a 370z when I return from Iraq. But I started on that other Z site My350z I just dont understand the endless bickering at all. Mostly everyones biggest arguement is that its not that much of a performance increase. Which maybe a warranted argument but, what I dont get is if that it seems to be the biggest argument and the point is moot. In TWO or 3 Years nissan will upgrade the engine and probably be what the 07-08hr 350z owners are looking for. But either way they end up in a damn Z34/370z and if not 2 years after that probably more power will be tapped by nissan. It kills me that they are having a inferiority complex when there should be no need to. Dont buy the car keep your Z33 for 3 years and then jump on the upgrade. But you will still be in fangs and boomerang lights and it will still have the 370z branding. K Im finished thanks lol |
