North Scottsdale usually since I'm only about 2 miles from it. If I'm down at my brothers we head over to the Tempe one.

That one and the Library in Tempe, the atmosphere in both places are generally pretty nice. Almost forgot, their food is decent too. Tilted Kilt in N.Scottsdale is showing UFC101 tonight at 7pm.
