It's being all "technical" again.....only a certain amount you gave out before is available but some of it still in the 24 hour period.....add the new and the amount still hanging out there and the system still thinks you're maxed out.

I've had this happen to me before.

It's a 24 hr wait from each rep you give. I think u can give a max of 6 reps total per day.

Um..no. See pics below. Hit a switch, blade comes out the front. I have several, and use one of them as a letter opener. I wasn't paying attention to where the tip was and stabbed myself in the thumb.
