On a completely different note though, answer me this...
Would you make a deal with a dealership willing to take a trade in and pay it off completely, without even seeing the car. To sell you a Z? Trade in would be a $11k payoff. The car itself is still in the process of being shipped over and wouldn't be here for another 3-4 weeks... A dealership here offered to sell me a Z pay off my trade in, and I could drive the Z home today, and just bring in my car when it gets here as is. They would accept it if it were for a loss even. Or does that sound super shady? Like something would be hidden in the contract that if it's not in super pristine condition, they'd tack it on to my loan?

Honestly, I've gotten screwed over on cars, bought my previous one off the showroom floor, it had 32 miles on it, I put on all but 9 because they let me take it home for the weekend. i've had nothing but problems with it since, and they had 'sold' (found a buyer) my trade in before I even made the deal to buy the car promising to pay off my loan on the trade in. When I went in for service for problems, no one was any help, didn't even want to touch the car.
Moral, be careful if it's too good to be true.

Night Tin o/
Yeah, that's what I thought... Plus the fact they quoted me in house waaaaay above what they quoted me online. Makes me think Shaaaady. So I'm trying to see what other dealerships are willing to do, problem is they don't call back, and I don't have a car to go to them lol.

I hear ya. I personally hate going to the dealerships. Although I have visited N Scottsdale BWM and Mercedes and they were actually really nice, and overly helpful.

Well... 2 things. 1. It's Scottsdale, they assume if you're there...
1. You have money 2. You Don't have time to BS. and 2. Look at the quality of the Cars your looking at... BMW and Mercedes.

Yeah, but the last BMW place I went to they ignored me, when I walked out they asked if they could help me, I said "Nope, you're too busy, I'll go to N.S. BMW"
But I decided neither are what I want right now, well the mercedes I want I can't even begin to afford. I'll stick with the Z and make it my track car.
