We'll i own a small but very busy lawncare/landscaping co. and one of my contracts is with a city that joins mine. I'll go in after the city gives warning letters and then violations for your property, nothing i do is in and out. The money is great $140.00 per hour($70.00 per man hr), but it's a pain. Many of these properties are vaccant and are mostly foreclosed on, or they just don't give a shi%. Here are some pics of before on the one today. What makes it really interesting is when all the neighbors come out and start bitc%ing at you like it's your fault(in one ear out the other).
