So what do you guys think about this situation?
I had a set of lexus IS pedals, I bought for the Celica a few years ago, I decided to go a different direction, and I didn't use them. Instead I find them a couple years later and put them on e-Bay. I originally paid $120.00 for them, because they were a set of three. Well last week they sold on e-Bay for $26 with free shipping. They received them today and said that two of them were fine, but that the gas pedal was knicked in a few places. They said this was normally not a big deal but they are anodizing them black for a project and can't do anything with the gas pedal. Umm... so I get the impression they want partial compensation back for these. $26.00(sale price) - $6.45(shipping)= $19.55 I was fine with the amount of the sale, because I started them at $.99 with no reserve, but after all this? idk Thoughts, should I give them compensation? Heres a picture from the auction: The knicks you see on the gas pedal are on the blue film that covers it. Last edited by BanningZ; 07-31-2009 at 07:11 PM. |

Yeah I know, but I have 100% feedback, with 217 feedbacks. I just don't want negative feedback, and sellers can no longer leave negative feedback for buyers, if they get out of line.Eh we'll see I am awaiting their reply.

I really hate feEbay. The fact that you can no longer leave negative feedback for the seller was the final straw for me. That and the ridiculous Paypal fees finally drove me off the site, and I had been on there with 100% feedback since 2001.
