Just opened a paypal dispute against Mastergrade. Crap. I just want my ****.

No real story. I ordered a diffuser at the beginning of June. I was told I'd have it by (I think) the 23rd. It never came, then I was told it was never shipped.

From there, I was told my case was being looked into. Earlier this week, after not hearing anything, I emailed & was told the diffuser would arrive yesterday.

At least two other people who ordered a piece from Mastergrade over on my350z are having issues & have opened claims. I tried being patient, but after twice being told I'd have my product by a certain date & that date's having passed, I had to be proactive.

surprised you ordered from them, don't they have a long standing bad rap? seems like the 350 kids used to call them masterfail.

Yeah. Of course, I heard about all of that after the fact.

They were a paying vendor on the site, so I assumed everything was copacetic.

BIg issues over on myg37 too. we dropped them as a sponcer

They were banned from my350z after I ordered. We were told it was for a payment issue.

a thread on myg37 that took the cake for mastergrade got deleted, i had some awesome posts in it.

now some random guy just recently bought a hood from them and i said if they end up screwing over, u deserve it!

Had I realized they were another name for Showstoppers, I NEVER would have ordered from them. Showstoppers has ****** over so many people on my350z & ephatch.
