It seems the more i do the more my hips feel like they are locking up on me, i bike or run everyday along with a 45 minute workout nothing helps. Darvocet's don't do nothing anymore.

I like rows, they are easy to do, but the lack of back support usually has me pretty sore by the end of the run.

Surgery will do the trick, just be sure to do as your doctor says.

Ive been doing it for 6mths., when my back hurts from rowing I have to sit down for about 20 mins..It's not painful-painful, but it will take the fun out of what ever you doing!

triple girls were severely burned at 17 month old. mother died in the fire. father died a few years later.

special treatment helped hide the burn marks.

also, there last name is Burns.

^Building stuff my friend. I just finished my work day an hour ago.

Time for some midnight BBQ.

On an unrelated note, a transformer blew up near my house a couple of hours ago. and shook the house. 15 minutes later my neighbour had what we think was a heart attack. Super nice guy named Tom Collins. Him and his wife are both from Ireland. Its amazing how nice they are. I hope he's okay. :/
