I wasn't driving!
Ok, I opened it. For all their shortcomings in customer service, they REALLY know how to pack a package. There was a shitload of bubble wrap on that thing. The piece itself is top quality. I'm very impressed with their work. If Mastergrade could get their act customer service act together, they'd be someone I'd highly recommend just off the quality of the work. All that said, I've not fitted it to the car, yet, so this assessment could change. Also, I've not yet gotten my hardware box, so we shall see.

That's about what I figured. All in all, I'm glad to FINALLY have my chit. I've got no idea when I'm putting this thing on, though.
