Just watching the West Coast feed of Family Guy, smoking and drinking an Arrogant Bastard Ale.
Not very tired, but very sore. I actually burst some blood vessels in my arms moving my friend today, so I am fascinated by the weird marks on my arms. I need to take the garbage out to the curb before 6 am. So you're in HK right now? |

I am so distracted by my destroyed arms. Anyway. Are you doing anything cool or seeing anything neat in HK? So I'm assuming you are Cantonese? I've never been, but always wanted to go to HK and Shanghai. I've been to many countries, but never China. <<<Jealous. |

So these occurred when I helped move a 600lb dresser. We set it down part way through moving it, and my arms started cramping up bad from burning all of the potassium out of my system.
The spots first appeared blue like the veins you see in your arms, but then after 15 minutes, they became red. They are now currently very sore, and they look like deep bruises. They are also swollen. Each spot you see in the picture that looks like a bruise is raised a 1/4 inch or more, like a goose egg you would get from a blow to the head.
