Yeah. One thing I will say-- if you're looking for a workout, go cheap. You may be able to ride a lighter bike for far longer, but with a heavier bike, you'll burn far more calories as more effort is required.

hm interesting.. yeah i know nothing about bikes.. i mean i used to take em apart when i was younger.. but those were easy.
ive always wanted to get into it but never really had money. and i would love riding for 45+ miles that would be awesome |

They're pretty common. Most professionals ride carbon bikes.
I chose a titanium bike as it's more durable. Quote:
