I only need ~8-10 hours to do them...most of that time is for paint drying

I've asked that question and gotten two different answers....its illegal as hell and it shouldnt make a difference since the only lights you cant have blue are the headlights and tail lights....so I'm still keeping hope alive it might be possible. They'd only light up when I'm using my turn signal and most Virgiinia drivers dont signal anyways!!
