Crazy pics. If it was not for the wheels you would not even be able to tell it was a car.

In this case it looks like he was in the right lane and the truck was getting into the right lane and he slammed on the brakes and tried to get on the on-ramp to avoid it but missed horribly. This is just what I took from skid marks.
thank you....

who says those other tire marks are new, maybe they are old?
he posted pics just before the accident of him drinking...

regardless of his level of inebriation... he got behind the wheel of a high power car, without being in full control of his own actions... THAT alone makes him responsible 100%

So it seems that he liked to drive his car as if he was on the track, and that he had already walked away for quite a few accidents.

Even him mom said "He'll never learn his lesson"

Add in the alcohol and you have a recipe for disaster, looks like nobody close to him was that surprised.

Isamu you know I love you but I honestly hate people like you when it comes to this news story. Everyone knows he's responsible for his own actions, no alcohol involved... just going 130 is already recipe for disaster. But I don't get all these people that are on like a personal vendetta, that seem so mad about the whole ordeal as if Dunn killed one of their kids. The guy is dead, let him RIP... it has nothing to do with being right or wrong in his actions. If my son dies from a heroine overdose, I'm not gonna sit there and say THIS IDIOT DID IT TO HIMSELF, you have no feeling if you feel like that... so what makes a stranger any different, dying is dying whether its by accident, by suicide, or by being drunk driving at 130mph in a porsche, its still sad.

Yeah he almost killed bam and his brother in a car accident in 95, he was a horrible driver but was into cars. At least Dunn could take apart his own porsche and put it back together, that's more than I can say for many of the "good" drivers on here.

Toxik, I don't think that anyone here will disagree that this is a tragic end. The world lost an entertainer.

The behavior that led up to his crash is reprehensible, but you're right, the story is tragic regardless.

I'm not sure what one thing has to do with another. Being able to take apart your own porsche and put it back together doesn't make you a 'better' car owner, or a more responsible driver.

Obviously he has a history of being a reckless and irresponsible driver. It finally caught up to him. Add in the alcohol and you have a dead Dunn.

Drunk driving can kill innocent lives. Drug overdose won't kill others. BIG difference. But either way, it is still sad.

His blood alcohol was 0.196. Of course he was drunk. He was going between 134 and 140 mph. And he has a prior conviction for DUI.

Ryan Dunn apologists can make all the rationalizations they want, and try to second-guess professional accident reconstructionists based on a couple of internet photographs, but it won't wash.

Negligence, stupidity, arrogance. Motor vehicle homicide.

Not that I'm backing up the situation or anything, but do you have a source for his blood alcohol level? How the hell could/did they get a BAC from a guy that was only recognizable buy his tattoos....?

Just a guess since I haven't read any sources, or heard about the BAC but it requires a very minuscule amount of blood to get an accurate BAC. My guess is that there was plenty available at the scene of the accident.

I never said it wasn't a terrible thing, or I don't feel for his family. And I have no personal vendetta, or agenda or anything really. I just think it's silly to attempt to defend his actions... I don't care, people do dumb **** all the time. it's human nature... but your stance on the subject was as if this was a court room and you were trying to get him aquitted lol
I think people in general are more pissed because there was someone with him, but the dude who got in the car with him, knew what he was getting into... meh..

It's widely reported in the news. You'll have no trouble finding it. In fact, if you google "0.196", or "blood alcohol 0.196", you'll see that Ryan Dunn's name comes up. Sterling legacy he leaves, there.

As to blood...there was plenty of it in his body, but usually post-mortem tox screens are done from aspiration of vitreous fluid from the eye (speaking as ex-Assistant Coroner and Death Investigator for this county). I've done that several times in accidents or other deaths as traumatic as this one.

.0196 is damn near 10 beers equivalent. Wow.
