With mods in Texas most cops in big cities won't mess with you, but if youre an outsider in a small town. Any reason to pull you over an bring a little income to the local economy will do. It's also a good way to check you out and let you know they're watching you.

whenever I go back to the town I grew up in...I put my front plate on and roll my windows down. They are STICKLERS for tint and front plates.
