Virginia isn't bad if you are in the southwest. NOVA, Richmond, and the VA Beach area are pretty strict.
I think GA is nice and NC doesn't seem too bad either... what with The Dragon and all...

Maryland is "meh"
On one hand, people drive a million miles an hour everywhere, so you can speed. On the other hand, there's not too many great driving roads, and everybody drives a million miles an hour everywhere, so you're likely to get cut off and honked at all the time. Oh, and then there's the speed and red light cameras. Ok, MD sucks to drive in. lol |

I would say Texas is a good state for car enthusiasts. And we can drive all day in one direction and still be in Texas! Most of the time they aren't too strict on most things, except the front plate. Which, is probably the biggest downfall for enthusiasts. Other than that I think it is a GREAT state to be in period!

ny roads are terrible and there's a bunch of traffic. so definitely not on the list. texas sounds pretty good especially with it having no state income tax
