OK fellas, I recently was entered into a contest for Men's Health fittest friends. Long story short -- a few years back I was overweight and decided to take on weight training and exercise as a big part of my life! I do not think I am the biggest and baddest mo*f* to walk the face of the earth, fitness has just changed me for the better and I would love to share my story.

The winner gets featured in Men's Health Magazine AND gets a trip to Mexico for a few days!!!
