And by seeing the mission through to the end is how you honor those Soldiers who died protecting the freedom and security of this country. Billions spent and there hasn't been a successful terrorist attack in this country since. Had we turned a blind eye to 9-11 I don't think you could say that.

I absolutely agree. Billions of dollars that we could have spent domestically on "programs of social uplift," as Dr. King used to say.

I too have mixed feelings.

so they knew the location of his mansion in October 2010.... I am glad we finally killed him today but seriously....7 months is a lot of ******* time to know where the #1 wanted man in the world is and wait it out.

sure it is... we have troops only right next door. We surely just went over and airstrikes another country for its most recently dated actions but #1 most wanted is just chilli by the pool. They obviously weren't attempting to retrieve any information from him or they would have attempted to bring him in alive and question him. It was definitely a search and destroy mission but 7 months from finding his whereabouts is still a bit too long. Another attack, bombing or etc could have happened. Soliders could have been killed during that time period and all we would had to do is fly over drop in some bombs and agents and eliminate the threat. Just saying.... I wouldn't want to have died in war searching for a man that our government already had a lead about his whereabouts.

Yea ur right... I would have loved to see his dead *** body on news. I know they wont show images like that but I think the American people would make an exception for his ***. So I gotta ask now, who's going to move up to the number 1 spot now? Idk if there is somebody as evil as Laden to take over that spot but that guy will become the new "Bounty Favorite".
