Photoshop Request Plz Help

I need someone to photoshop this pic for me.




i need this top tire pic to be turned into something like this. Just flat black and white. i cant do it on paint and i dont know how to use photoshop either. so if someone could help me i would appreciate it a lot.



here is my attempt with paint but it doesnt come out as good as it would with photoshop. If you look at the third picture closely you would know what im asking for.
