Don't worry too much. The first trimester can be really tough on your wife physically. I'm sure it only doubles with twins. Just do everything you can to comfort her.

Don't worry too much. The first trimester can be really tough on your wife physically. I'm sure it only doubles with twins. Just do everything you can to comfort her. Things will get better after the first trimester passes. You will get a break for a few months and then the 3rd just brings a whole new set of issues.
