It's called "Getting **** done". This is what happens when a country lacks human rights. It's a cruel form of justice, but at the same time, it is effective. Every type of justice system has its evils, unfortunately. The american evil being that it's expensive and obseenly lenient.

Been in the US Air Force for nearly 4 years now and not a day goes by without thinking the Russians have a far more superior system compared to us at the fractions of the cost.
