Cali will outlaw black cars!
I feel sorry for all you cali fokes, just when you think goverment control couldnt get any worse.. they say black cars use more a/c and thus more gas and must be outlawed..
|
Yeah, I heard about this yesterday, and it really blew me away. If I remember correctly, it's not even in the possability stage; it PASSED. I think it's insane that they're outlawing a COLOR.

repost...............i'll find the original posting

Why not. This state has a law for everything! What's next, the number of pieces of toilet paper I can use to wipe my ***!
This is such a pussy state! |
Weird. Every time we bash california for some stupid law, another one much worse comes out. For like the 8th time, not sure how you folks do it.
|
Crazy
This seems too crazy to be true.
I'd guess there would be some type of grandfather clause in the deal......meaning if you had a black car before the law passed you'd be okay? Or maybe you'd now owe the state a yearly fee? Yikes |
It would take affect 2012, so if you buy one before then, you're gold.
|
Black cars will become rare and even more desirable now !!

the funny thing is doest the a/c use the same amount of gas if its on high or low? i think the only difference in temp between a white car and a black is one car the a/c in on low the other is on med. using the same amount of gas. maybe they should have just outlawed long sleeves and pants! we could just roll around in swimming suites

Unbelievable huh? |
they should just pass legalizing weed... the revenue that they get from that will allow them to fund anything they want to solve this gas "issue"...
|
Completely not true.

Haha, my buddy is like this - he owns 30+ rifles, and anytime someone new who is even remotely anti-guns, he starts ranting about the most EXTREME interpretation of whatever their stance is on gun ownership.
IE: New senator wants stricter gun control laws, checking licenses more or more thorough background checks when purchasing one. Friends interpretation: Senator hates weapons and anything to do with them, and somehow in some mysterious way its infringing his second amendment rights by potentially blocking his ability to purchase ANOTHER weapon to add to his collection (even if it may prevent many people who SHOULDNT be purchasing one, from getting one...). Yes, he's a classic NRA member who thinks we're the "last line of defense" for the country when "the **** hits the fan". |
