Who uses 28 cent stamp nowadays?

This State Farm insurance agent... :rolleyes:

An insurance agent sent his card to my girlfriend thinking he can save her money on her car insurance... using a 28 cent stamp! The postal service requests that she reimburse 16 cents to the carrier. What did I do? Pick out 16 ugly pennies.

As far as I know, you're not responsible for postage due on something like that. I sure as crap wouldn't pay it.
