Who uses 28 cent stamp nowadays?

This State Farm insurance agent...

An insurance agent sent his card to my girlfriend thinking he can save her money on her car insurance... using a 28 cent stamp! The postal service requests that she reimburse 16 cents to the carrier. What did I do? Pick out 16 ugly pennies.

As far as I know, you're not responsible for postage due on something like that. I sure as crap wouldn't pay it.

What are you talking about? That's how they can offer you discounts of up to 40%... Skimping on Postage..

I swear if I ever see their guy in the commercials in public, he's gettin shenked...
