Dam%, i pretty much keep my street bikes stock. I was thinking about a Akrapovic full system just never got around to it. I always tricked out the Cr's i raced over the years. I'm actually trying to sell my bkie right now, i put 500 mile on it in last last year. With my business i have no time. If it does sell i will by another one next year.Cbr of course.

Yeah my riding has dropped off a lot the past year and a half but I'm still sitting pretty at 27,000 miles
I think i did like 14k the first year alone! I have modded the **** out of the bike, but i'm setting it up to eventually be a dedicated track whore. I'll probably buy another bike for the street in the next couple years. I'm also considering a move to Cali from NY in the next 6-12 months and I'm not sure what the emission standards for bikes are out there but I'm sure I'd rather just buy a second bike than try to make my Baby legal there. It has the carbon footprint of a Dodge 2500 HD with the 5.7L Hemi V8! |

Man you sure do put some miles on that kawi, my 2006 just has 6500 on it. I rode with a large group at one time when i moved up here to St.Louis but it was nuts. In the 5 yrs we rode together 5 died and one is paralized from the waist down.

I've been down twice myself, but I'm a bit of a saftey gear nazi so i've been safe and still riding. *Knock on wood* I've had two friends go down much worse, one was well protected and one was not protected at all. Both still ride but what a difference leather makes at 50MPH+!
I did put a lot of miles on the bike but I just got my first car only 6 months ago, I'm 25 btw. I've owned my bike and only my bike since I was 21! I had a girl friend that i was living with for a while so we used her car a lot and my riding dropped off, below 10k/year. Now in NY it's like 2-3K a year, I'm guessing, and thats not acceptable to me. TIME TO MOVE! Oh and nice versys Bigaudiofanat, Kawi Pride |
