I'm actually guessing GT6 will be another GT4, a ******** cash-in from the previous game. Rehash with new/more cars and extra tracks released 2 years later once the predecesor's sales die out.

GT6 will be released after the release of the Sony PS5. :ugh2:

I got a chance to play GT5 at SEMA yesterday... oh what a blast I can't wait :excited: Talked to the Sony rep and he said 'hopefully in the next few weeks' :rolleyes:. But in reality I believe he said they are shooting for Thanksgiving/Christmas.

Good info about the BestBuy pre-order. May have to go there, I have a gift card. I was in GameStop last week to pre-order a PC game and asked about GT5. The guy said it was delayed until Jan. I don't know if that's right but it made me laugh in disgust. If true isn't that like the 10000000000 push back?

No, actually only one "offical delay". From 11/02/10 to 11/24/10. The other dates mentioned were just speculation.

I think he's talking about the years worth of delays GT5 has experienced. I think Niv 2 was only the first solid release date given, but PD and Sony had given quarters, months, and seasons on several occasions.

i've had my pre-order from gamestop forever...im not holding my breath on the 24th til i see it on the shelves haha.
