Awesome, I've always liked keeping snakes, they're just so cool!

We have a bearded dragon and panther chameleon right now, but I think I'll be adding a small python or boa of some sort since they're relatively low maintenance and just so cool.

I got my wife to admit a while back that some snakes are actually pretty cute. Win!

I had a ball python for a while, but had to give it away due to work travel increasing. Cool pet.

No recent pics of the beardie, but this is our panther chameleon:

He usually doesn't get that blown up, but he seems to be afraid of the camera, so it makes for good photos  He's almost 11 months old now, should be full grown at 18 months or so.

And my wife has mentioned we should get a snake almost every time we look at the reptile section of the pet store. ha!

m4a1mustang 10-01-2010 12:49 PM

Do you take the chameleon out to pet it?

About once or twice a week. Some are really aggressive, but ours has been handled since a baby so he's rather docile. His favorite out-of-cage perching spot is on top of my head in my AsFro! :rofl2: He's never once tried to bite or do anything aggressive to any human. He's not fond of cats, though...

m4a1mustang 10-01-2010 12:55 PM

Does he have a name

Why? I mean, it's not like you killed someone.

Oh cool! How is it feeding? I use to be into Herps big time. I've had Retics, Burms you name it. The last snakes I owned where Australian Womas. They bred for me pretty well when they where the big shite. Actually got allot of my down for the 370z from what I made breeding em. Now I'm just messin with the fancy Bearded Dragons.
