Here's mine. Not really d-baggery but fun none the less. I'm in my 350z and pull up along side of a GTO. We roll off from a red light and about 15-20 mph we both step in it, not super long or super high speed, but he does pull me pretty good. Stop at the next red light, he rolls down his window, looks over at me smiling. I roll down my window and shout out to him...."Man that is the fastest Cavalier I have ever seen!" He is no longer smiling and yells out "It's a GTO". Flips bird and takes off. I just laugh and roll on home.

Stock for stock a 370 would win unless the driver messed up. I used to drive my ex's all the time. It's a sleeper to people that don't really know any better (ricers). |

I did have to teach a 911 Carerra S driver a lesson on the track the other weekend, though. |

well, I was riding home on my r1 from school on a nice day and this guy in a Honda prelude pulls up to me and started revving his engine at the light. Man was it annoying it had that fart can sound and a very ugly bodykit but the next thing I noticed the guy almost stalled out trying to launch so my nice day turned to a very nice day.

I was driving down the street in my IS350 when a mitsubishi lancer does a ricer fly by, slows down and keeps revving his car (which sounded like what I would imagine a hippo ******** on a penguin would sound like.) I disregarded all of his foolish antics because his car was a piece of ****. The next light he tried to be slick and floored it through the turning lane and cut everyone off in the intersection. Shortly after I had caught up again just doing my thing probably listening to some terrible music when pulls up next to me, laughs and does this again! This time this poor idiot side swipped a taxi cab and wrapped his car around a pole.
In the end I wound up being the real douche by stopping to make sure he was ok, following up with a do you have insurance and everything? "No." "well that sucks, maybe youll learn next time." I think he got arrested for reckless driving |
not a dbag story but a cool one nonetheless, I was driving down the main street in the town on my way to wal mart to pick up some Life cereal goodness and some coax cable when a white S14 pulls alongside me, now at first I was assuming this dude was going to be a ricer doucheface and try to goad me into a street race, but instead gives me a thumbs up, so still driving along and I pull into the parking lot, park and this guy pulls up and parks in the spot to the right of me. First thing he does when he gets out is gawk at my car and tell me how awesome it is and that its the first 5.0 hes seen, I commented about how I appreciate it and that his Sylvia conversion was just as badass, he asked me if he could see the engine and so forth, and said it sounded awesome. Dude made my head feel 10 feet wide.

I always love running into genuine car guys at random. Always cool to stop and talk cars when you least expect it.

A couple months ago I was heading home and two older teens/younger 20's guys in a riced out 240sx pulled up to me at the light. Kept on revving their engine, thinking a race was about to ensue....i look over and notice that one panel was replaced and unpainted, another panel of the car was dented. looks like this guy enjoyed racing and beating up his car at the same time. light turned green and i let him take off. i just happen to know this neighborhood and that just around the bend there are train tracks....train tracks that have a pretty sick dip. a dip that all cars will slow down to 5-10mph for, a dip that even trucks and suv's will slow down for. these guys obviously weren't from the neighborhood.
next thing i know, i see them hit the dip hard...they were probably going 50-60mph at this point and attempted to try and brake the second they realized what they were about to do, but you hear the front end scrape and sparks come from the back of their fart can muffler. i pull up to them at the next light, trying not to bust out laughing, but i do turn my head and smile a bit...they were not happy campers. |
