Yep. Broke My Rib.
 

So lately at jiu jitsu my ribs have been really sore. So today I'm under the Z and I feel some pain. I stand up and sort of press around on my ribs trying to find the source and then I hear it. Sounded like a tree limb snapping. I literally broke my rib. So now it hurts to breathe or laugh or sneeze. PM me if you want my address to send donations. LOL.

The only thing worse than a broke rib is a broke coccyx bone. Yeah they are both miserable.

i broke my rib before from snowboarding. nothing you can do about it. just gotta let it heal.

Ouch. Ribs are surprisingly fragile. It's possible to bust one from a good hard sneeze.

I'm pretty lucky, worst I've ever suffered is a broken nose.

Sux, I broke a rib a few years ago in a boating/dock accident........... didn't sleep well for 3 months. I also screwed up the cartlidge some too. I feel your pain :ugh2:

Never broke one, but had one rotate out of position from serious coughing. First time my chiropractor adjusted me, I almost passed out.

well the bright side is that when u do your gf or wife, you now don't have to do ANY work. It did me well for the 5 weeks i was in recovery. I milked it so much.....

I picture me walking around with no shirt having my ribs uselessly wrapped. The ladies should pretty much just walk up and get naked.

sorry to hear! broken ribs are a biiiiitch esp. because they cant do ANYTHING for it! rare cases they would only if its puncturing an organ. and thats very rare :( hope you feel better tho!

I broke two ribs in a skiing accident 20 years ago, I think it took about 9 months for the pain to completely go away. I used to dread laughing or sneezing.
