Wait till you get into larger helis, like .50 - .90 sized ones...thattakes it to a whole new level! Unfortunately, the Z and mods this year are $$$ and I can't sustain both the Z and the helis at this time...might get back into helis next summer.

I almost forgot I had a heli. I bought an Axe CP a while back.. couldn't get the hang of the controls and its been wall decoration ever since. Couldn't keep it flying for more than 20 seconds without crashing.

An RC flight sim is a new heli pilot's best investment. I spent about 12 hrs on one before I flew my first heli (TRex450) for the first time. Saves you a lot of money and wrench time.

If I was smart I would learn to fly with one, but I like the hard way. |

I hear the bigger helicopters are eaiser to fly, but when they crash, it gets real expensive, real fast. WGW |

Yup, it's like balancing a broom stick on your finger tip is easier to do than balancing a pencil...the broom stick requires slower and less adjustments. The little helis are just less stable...the smaller the are, the twitchier. They are more easily affected by wind too.
