Does your Sony work with the 2009 or 2010 OEM Navigation? I actually use J River Media Center to rip to MP3 and organize my files, then just use iTunes

Does your Sony work with the 2009 or 2010 OEM Navigation?
I actually use J River Media Center to rip to MP3 and organize my files, then just use iTunes to sync MP3s to iPod Classic for in-car use, or Media Center to send files to CompactFlash card. Think I'll put Christmas Music on the CF since I don't like it on the iPod (too many artists added).
