Driving habits that drive your mad!

1) Treating an on-ramp like it has a stop-sign at the end of it.
2) Driving a piece of **** that chokes me out of the car with the reek of burning oil.
3) Failing to move over to the left lane when it is completely open and someone is trying to merge into the right lane currently occupied by YOU.
