I agree with the element of surprise with CC, but OC would be nice, dont really need to dress around the CCW. BTW I'm hoping that I get mine in

I agree with the element of surprise with CC, but OC would be nice, dont really need to dress around the CCW. BTW I'm hoping that I get mine in a few weeks, background check is all thats left ...and I got my crossbreed holster adjusted so I feel much better with it.

Sorry to dissapoint but there's no need for popcorn on this one. Open carry in California with loaded magazines also openly displayed separately from the firearm has always been legal in California.
The problem that we encounter here is twofold. One, officers aren't taught correct facts pertaining to certain laws they're supposed to be upholding. And two, civilians are perpetuating the problem by giving up there rights as soon as they encounter a public servant (officer).
